Implementation Goal
With the dynamic growth of its operations and the increasing scale of its processes, the organization began to notice internal challenges, particularly in streamlining technical work and infrastructure oversight. Existing solutions no longer provided sufficient transparency and control over ongoing operations.
The company needed a system that would comprehensively support maintenance services in areas such as asset inventory, handling failure reports, planning and implementing preventive maintenance (inspections, repairs), managing spare parts and consumables inventories, processing orders – including generating and monitoring their completion – as well as reporting and analyzing operational data.
How did the CMMS system help?
To ensure effective support for these tasks, the company implemented a CMMS solution, which also included the Profesal Mobile app for maintenance staff and the mySupport app, designed to record and monitor service requests for production employees.
,,In addition to the ability to report service events using the app, the CMMS also includes an email module. The email import module allowed us to automatically record requests from the office, while the sending module enabled us to handle both immediate notifications and the sending of periodic reports, for example.”
